• Co-op (Cooperative Education)
  Usually happens during the Fall or Spring, when classes are in session. Some schools may even offer course credit for completing a co-op—check with your academic advisor or career services to learn more.
• Internship
  Typically takes place in the Summer, when most students are on break. It’s a great way to gain experience without interrupting your academic schedule.

Yes, there is! At Honda, all associates follow a uniform dress code. Most wear a white uniform top, and depending on the role, some also wear navy uniform pants.

The uniform serves a few important purposes:

• It helps protect our products during the production process.
• The white color symbolizes Honda’s commitment to quality and integrity—a tradition that started in Japan and continues globally.
• Most importantly, it reflects equality. Everyone, including leadership and the CEO, wears the same uniform, reinforcing our culture of mutual respect and unity across all levels of the company.
