Job Purpose
The Used Vehicle Sales Analyst is responsible for the handling the sales of the AHM used vehicle fleet to qualifying associates.
The objective of this position is to provide excellent customer service to associates during the vehicle sale/purchase transaction process and ensure proper handling and completion of all sale documents.
Key Accountabilities
- Processing of used car sales transactions for qualifying associates (60 per month)
- Handling of incoming calls and correspondence from associates and dealers
- Validation of Associate purchase eligibility
- Validation of vehicle saleable status
- Processing and logging of sale transaction in mainframe and MS Office
- Ensure completion of sale documents
- Handling of internal / external Used Car Promotional Sales
- Reporting of sale activities to Management
- AHM vehicle fleet reconciliation
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum Experience:
- 3 - 5 years in order processing environment
- 3 - 5 years in customer service environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Other Job-Specific Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of CICS, Honda/ Acura products, Honda / Acura accessories, dealer / service operations
