Job Purpose
In the CVA Order Operations Unit, the Order Desk Analyst is responsible for processing all new AHM & AHFC Company Vehicle orders for qualifying associates and for department inventory orders for their assigned states. The analyst will validate, and process company vehicle orders based on order type & associate eligibility and review the requested accessories to ensure that only approved and required accessories are being selected. Upon delivery of the vehicle to the predetermined dealer, the analyst will coordinate with the associate and the dealer to perform the vehicle delivery to the associate. The analyst is also responsible for answering incoming calls related to vehicle ordering, and HALO & THPP purchase programs.
Key Accountabilities
Order Processing
Daily review and processing of company vehicle orders.
- Confirm associate is eligible for the order type and vehicle MTOC placedReview accessories and ensure that accessories that require certain components are included in the order and the 6 accessory limit rule is being observed
- Update registration information based on dealer or vendor registered states
Vehicle Delivery
- Manage associate vehicle delivery by reviewing which orders have been delivered to the dealer, confirming the associate has received the registration and that the vehicle is complete with the requested accessories and ready for pickup, and coordinating the vehicle delivery pickup and providing the vehicle release paperwork.
Incoming Calls
- Answer incoming calls and resolve associates’ questions pertaining to company vehicles orders & deliveries and HALO & THPP associate purchase programs.
Special Projects
- Support Ad Hoc projects as requested.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum Experience
- 2+ years
Other Job-Specific Skills
- Knowledge of Mainframe Database (CICS)
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proficient in MS 365 applications
