Job Purpose
This position leads the Campaigns & Recalls unit, managing auto recall and campaign launch activities to ensure compliance to Federal and State rules and regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Safety Recall management, including coordination, communication, and execution of recall activities to mitigate vehicle safety risks.
- Coordinate with NHTSA to monitor progress of recall completion, compliance reporting, and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with OEM and government relations teams to enhance internal processes and controls, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop strategic business plans and initiatives that support corporate objectives, including managing department budget.
- Develop associates to strengthen the capabilities of the Campaigns & Recall team, while increasing associate engagement.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
- 10 years of experience managing recalls, campaigns, or data management
- Experience in regulatory compliance and knowledge of relevant rules and laws
- Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with high organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of a global organization
- Ability to manage/prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Working Conditions
- Hybrid
- General office environment
- <10% domestic travel to support business needs, including industry meetings and regulatory agency events
- 40 hours/week, M-F (overtime as needed)

- Competitive Base Salary: $134,100 - $209,500
- Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
