Job Purpose

Job grade: EX5

Lead the accounting and financial reporting activities (including monthly/quarterly/annual financial/SOX audits) of AHM’s Product Segment in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP/SOX.
 

Key Accountabilities


•    Manage, oversee, and review AHM financial reporting close activities and resulting
    account analyses – AHM Product Segment, which includes all accounting
    transactions/activities and financial schedules/reports for Auto, PSP, PE, and Parts
•    Prepare and/or review, and present account analyses to management
•    Implement new accounting standards/modify existing reporting in accordance with
    IFRS
•    Participate and/or lead special or non-recurring projects (such as NA Finance working
    groups)
•    Coordinate AHM quarterly/annual financial audit (including SOX compliance)

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

•    BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING AND/OR FINANCE
•    10+ years in Accounting/Finance function with experience in
    distribution/manufacturing industries
•    Public accounting experience, preferred
•    Management/supervisory experience
•    Experience in multi-national company a plus
•    Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
•    Proficiency in Microsoft applications (excel, PPT)
•    CPA preferred
