WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The main responsibility of Process Team Lead is to lead process group zone PL’s to develop efficient processes while maintaining manpower and time targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Lead process group zone PL’s to develop processes that are efficient while maintaining safety, quality, and delivery targets in a timely manner.
• Audit existing processes to confirm accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste within process to improve efficiency.
• Develop Model Takt time requirements based on factory characteristics that meet Safety, Quality, and delivery requirements.
• Develop manpower requirements based on factory characteristics that meet Safety, Quality, and delivery requirements.
• Confirm and approve associates time in Kronos
• Support business plan and budget activity
• Evaluate associate skill and performance. Determine/Plan training needs
• Maintain accurate AutoCAD department layout for parts delivery.
EDUCATION
Associate's Degree in an Engineering or Technical Field
EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience within manufacturing
- 3-5 Experience leading people/ team
WORKING CONDITIONS
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as an individual or part of a team to manage operation, manpower & parallel projects while working with minimal supervision. Must have the ability and willingness to work additional overtime hours without advanced notice with potential travel on short notice. Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends when needed to maintain schedule. Environment can be high stress depending on the situation but must be managed properly with a never give up attitude.
