Job Purpose
Partner with Plants/Business Units to supply high quality Involvement Programs to develop associates and improve business characteristics.
Key Accountabilities
- HDMA Involvement program lead for site location(s)
- Engage and partner with plant/BU and department leadership in creative ways to foster an environment that supports associate involvement and engagement
- Lead, create and implement corporate marketing and communication activities and initiatives to recruit and increase associate participation in involvement programs.
- Lead, mentor and develop plant/BU/department program leaders on involvement programs, systems and initiatives that align with company expectations.
- Develop strategy and lead corporate involvement business plan activities and projects.
- Corporate involvement data analysis for recommending program changes, and improvements on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Meet Business Plan Targets with Gap understanding, Root Cause analysis, Countermeasure activities and execute solutions
- Lead and facilitate meetings, plant and company tours.
- Lead and complete activities for successful celebrations.
- Evaluate and assign point values / scoring for recognition and Involvement programs and system management for North America.
- Forecast and manage cost, budget and invoices for Involvement program activities.
- Represent site location(s) for North American Bloc (NAB) Committee. Support / coordinate / lead NAB activity including event planning and international travel planning.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business/HR related field or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years of related experience in HR, Associate/Leadership Development
- Planning & Organizing, Skilled Communication, Negotiation, Project Management, Proficient Microsoft Suite & preferred knowledge of databases
