Sales Operations Analyst

JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the Sales Analyst position is to support the zone field office within the Auto Sales division. The Sales Analyst will train to potentially become a Honda Sales Representative in the future. This position plays a key role in Zone sales operations and provides support for our dealer network, zone management, corporate headquarters, and field staff.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Generating management reports, creating presentations, handling special projects, and conducting sales analysis
•Providing support to zone management in all dealer meetings and zone communication
•Training to potentially become a Honda Sales Representative and learn behind the scenes of our sales operations

Minimum Educational Qualifications
BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, FINANCE OR MARKETING
Minimum Experience
0-2 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE PLUS SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE RETAIL/WHOLESALE INDUSTRY, PREFERABLY AUTOMOTIVE
KNOWLEDGE OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS PREFERRED
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
A PASSION FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY
PROFICIENCY IN ALL MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS (EXCEL, WORD, AND POWERPOINT) IS ESSENTIAL
STRONG COMMUNICATION, ANALYTICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED
DECISIONS EXPECTED
Position requires travel as well as possible nights and weekends
Future relocation is required
