Job Purpose

EX2 - Central Training Specialist

As the Center Training Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring successful local delivery and implementation of corporate wide training initiatives and programs to all levels in the service center to support business objectives and promoting associate development.  

Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to

•    Coordinating and managing central office training and customer satisfaction initiatives for the Honda Financial Services Consumer Financial Services Division. 
•    Work to identify needs, plan, coordinate and deliver skills and professional development training for all associates from new-hires to seasoned associates.
•    Partner with Corporate Training to implement and maintain company-wide training programs.
•    Identify local training needs and recommend solutions
•    Performing other related duties as assigned.
•    Position may require some travel.
 

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

We are seeking a candidate with

•    BA/BS degree required or equivalent work experience; previous supervisory experience a plus
•    3 years of Dealer Finance, Customer Service or Customer Account, Credit experience is preferred
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively deliver training programs
•    Detail-oriented and be able to analyze problems and recommend creative solutions.
•    Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
•    Proficient in computer skills such as Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Publisher or Photoshop is preferred. 
•    Ability to work with minimum supervision required.
•    Must be capable and willing to follow guidelines for proper administration of training

Hybrid Work Schedule – Cypress work location 

•     Pay rage: $72,200-$108,300
Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
