Job Purpose

A Digital Client Relations (DCR) Specialist is an integral role of the department.  He/she is the gatekeeper between American Honda and the customer. This role provides helpful information, answers questions and responds to complaints. They’re the front line of support between the company and customer– DCR Specialists are empowered to make decisions, which ultimately ensures Lifetime Owner Loyalty and brings joy to the customer.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by monitoring and responding to Honda and Acura’s digital service platforms (Email, Live Chat, Facebook, Twitter, and SMS Text)
  • Keep record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Apply technical skills involving Salesforce Service Console: Customer Relations and Retention System
  • Assist team with special projects as needed

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of Customer Service experience
  • Automotive Industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with using technology, social media platforms
  • Type at least 40 WPM
