Job Purpose

Strengthen aftersales and customer satisfaction of AHM PS&P and CCA business operations.
The Honda PS&P Export Parts, Accessories & Business Manager will function as the direct liaison between the PS&P Division’s Parts, Accessories & Business Dept. and the CCA distributors & dealerships.
As EXM, you will work with the CCA management distributors and dealers to improve their Service and Parts operations (Fixed Ops) for all PS&P product lines.

Key Accountabilities

  • Fixed Ops - Parts and Accessory Sales: Increase profitability, establish profitable processes
  • Fixed Ops -  Business Improvement: Increase fixed Op’s profitability, repeat purchase and service retention levels 
  • Promote improved technician level, Technical and service management training, as well as service action management
  • Promote Parts WH layout and operations for growth and improvement
  • Manage spare and accessory parts objectives, projections while minimizing obsolete inventory

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Minimum Educational Qualifications
    • 8 years’ experience with BA/BS or 12 years’ work experience in Business, Marketing, Management, or Powersports Technologies
  • Minimum Experience
    • Proficient in Spanish language, both speaking and writing
    • Work-related experience in the management of a PSP “Fixed Operations”, Part management and W/H operations.
    • 5 Years of PSP or related industry experience at retail and/or OEM level.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Other Job-Specific Skills
    • Extensive powersports division and related product technical knowledge 
    • Ability to analyze “Performance” reports related to Service and Parts operations.
    • Ability to create, monitor and adjust “Action Plans” (PDCA) that will ensure assigned objectives are met.

Workstyle

  • 50% travel to CCA office and distributor locations. 
  • Proficient Spanish speaking and written communication skills needed.
