Job Purpose

This role is responsible for coordinating the PE Dealer Services tasks and activities for CBU Field/Fleet dealers. Key responsibilities for Dealer Services include order fulfillment, order inquiries, order management, inventory inquiries, dealer inventory transfers, return authorizations, and exceptional customer service for Field, Fleet, and Distributor accounts. Additionally, this position will support various special logistics projects related to department inventory, warehouse coordination, auctions, and special shipments. The role will provide daily supervision of order desk staff and inbound call process, while ensuring adherence to corporate directives and standards.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support order desk staff by assigning cases, monitoring daily activities, provide standard operating procedures (SOPs), offer clear guidance, and deliver job training.
  • Monitor the inbound call process and address escalated calls from dealers to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Handle requests and generate reports for management on department inventory, returns reconciliation, auctions, special shipments, and projects.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, from purchase order (PO) to invoicing.
  • Work with internal teams and management to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field experience.
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • More than 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Minimum of 3 years in order processing and order management.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid position (60/40 split).
  • Cubicle environment.
  • 5% travel requirement.
